Tart with zucchini and fromage frais

Summer is well settled and with him his weekends left right with family and friends. The time spent at domestic is as scarce and precious as the fresh air and I have small opportunity to cook, let alone publish on social networks. But I did not want to leave this place without a small recipe easy and summer. So here is my fine pie with zucchini and fromage frais - gluten free of course, but any puff pastry will do the trick.

Summer is here and there are the weekends absent with family and friends. The occasional time is as precious as cancient air and I barely have time to cook, even less so to post on social media. But I did not want to leave this place, this summer recipe, so here is my Simple Cheese Cream and Courgette Tart - gluten free of course but any puff pastry can do.

This is by far my favorite recipe for summer: it does not look like much but when it comes time to take a bite, you will see that it's full of flavors! Lemon, zucchini, herbs, lean crisp pastry ... and this pie recipe is so easy and fast!

So this is my favorite easy summer recipe: it might not be like your normal show stopper but you've got a slice you are doing it bursting with flavors. Lemon, zucchini, herbs, crispy crust ... and it's just such a fast and easy tart recipe!

I advise you to mix the fresh cheese and lemon zest in advance so that the perfume spreads well, but whether you do not have the time I guess you can also directly spread the cheese on the dough and zest the lemon over.

I recommend that you mix the cream cheese and lemon zest ahead so the flavor will be better and it tastes better whether you do not have enough time I guess it would work out to just spread your cream cheese and grate your lemon right absent.

When with zucchini, the finest will be the best! This will cook faster and the texture will blend with that of the cheese, so the pie will not dry. And now, now I want to do it again!

As far as zucchini are concerned, I would say the leaner the better! It will bake so fastly and the texture will merge with the cream cheese so your tart does not dry. Now I want to make it again!
