It's perfect for breakfast whether you want to change, and so easy to do! You can mix yogurt and bananas with any blender or food processor before adding the other ingredients. The texture is excellent, the cake is well preserved for several days and I promise you that sugar will not miss you!

I leank it would be kind too with blueberries instead of chocolate ... try it next time!

BANANA AND CHOCOLATE CAKE
Sugar free, gluten-free
1tsp coconut oil
30g chocolate
3 small bananas (very ripe)
1 yoghurt
2 eggs
80g porridge oats
3Tbsp grated coconut
7g baking powder
Preheat oven at 180 ° C. For coconut oil in 18x18cm cake tin.
In your Thermomix: cut the chocolate and mix 3sec at 8. Set aside.
Mingle the bananas and yoghurt 5sec at 5. Add the eggs, the porridge oats, 2tsbp grated coconut, baking powder and chocolate. Mingle 10sec at 3.
For the tin, with coconut and bake for 30min.
